Elevient Marketing strategy
Conducted a strategic marketing and business analysis project focused on Elevient, an all-in-one platform designed to help independent spas simplify booking, website management, SEO, AI marketing, and customer engagement. My group researched operational pain points within the spa and wellness industry by interviewing business owners across the Bay Area and analyzing how fragmented systems, marketing overload, SEO loss, and onboarding difficulties were negatively impacting growth and customer retention.
One of the most valuable parts of the project was having the opportunity to speak directly with the CEO of Elevient about the company’s growth strategy, customer pain points, positioning challenges, and long-term vision within the wellness technology space. These conversations helped deepen my understanding of how startups analyze customer behavior, scale operations, approach product-market fit, and build solutions around real business problems rather than assumptions.
Using our research and insights, we developed a full go-to-market and growth strategy centered around positioning Elevient as a simplified all-in-one solution for independent spa owners. The project included SWOT analysis, segmentation research, financial projections, customer pain-point analysis, and strategic recommendations focused on SEO ownership, automation, partnerships, and measurable ROI-driven marketing strategies.
