Snappr x Uber Eats
I conducted an analytical B2B account-based marketing research project centered around Snappr, a company that provides scalable professional photography solutions for businesses and digital marketplaces. My group selected Uber Eats as the target account because of how heavily the platform depends on visual presentation and consumer decision-making through food imagery. We researched how customers in digital food delivery environments rely almost entirely on photos when evaluating meals, restaurants, and overall quality, making visual consistency a major factor in conversion and engagement.
The project analyzed marketplace challenges involving inconsistent restaurant imagery, missing menu photos, and large-scale operational management across thousands of restaurant partners and millions of menu items. Using industry research showing that high-quality food photography can increase online orders by up to 30–35%, we developed a strategic ABM campaign focused on improving marketplace consistency, customer trust, restaurant performance, and long-term user engagement through scalable visual content solutions.
