Created Inspire Academy, a youth development and soccer academy concept focused on combining athletics, education, mentorship, and personal growth into one community-driven platform. The vision was built around creating accessible opportunities for underserved youth by offering free soccer training, academic support, tutoring, life-skills workshops, and long-term mentorship designed to help students grow both on and off the field.

Alongside developing the full academy concept, I created the website, branding, marketing strategy, social media campaigns, SEO planning, display advertisements, KPI tracking systems, and community outreach strategy to position the organization for long-term growth and engagement. The project also included market trend analysis, customer segmentation, awareness funnels, and digital marketing initiatives focused on increasing accessibility, community involvement, and program visibility.

This project strengthened my experience in brand development, nonprofit marketing strategy, digital marketing, consumer engagement, and long-term community-focused business planning while allowing me to combine creativity, sports, education, and social impact into one vision.
